Amends 18 U.S.C. § 926B to allow qualified prosecutors and Federal judges to carry concealed firearms nationwide, in addition to current law enforcement officers already permitted under the statute

Amends 18 U.S.C. § 926C to extend the same concealed carry privileges to qualified retired prosecutors and qualified retired Federal judges who separated from service in good standing

Requires qualified individuals to carry photographic identification from their employing agency plus certification of meeting active-duty firearms training standards, either from the State of residence or a certified firearms instructor

Defines "qualified Federal judge" as judges serving under Articles I, III, or IV of the Constitution who are not subject to pending impeachment, not under the influence of intoxicants, and not federally prohibited from receiving firearms

Defines "qualified prosecutor" as full-time government attorneys who prosecute criminal or juvenile delinquency cases at federal, state, or local levels, with retired prosecutors required to have served at least 10 years aggregate
