Requires the Secretary of State, Secretary of Homeland Security, and Attorney General to deny visas, immigration benefits, and admission to any alien who advocates for imposing Sharia law in a manner that would violate constitutional rights or federal/state laws

Mandates removal from the United States and revocation of immigration benefits for any alien already in the country who advocates for Sharia law in the specified manner

Imposes additional penalties on aliens who make false statements to federal officials regarding their advocacy of Sharia law, including visa revocation and deportation under 18 U.S.C. 1001(a)

Bars judicial review of removal determinations made under this Act

Amends Immigration and Nationality Act sections 212(a)(10) and 237(a) to add Sharia law advocacy as formal grounds for inadmissibility and deportability
