Requires the Attorney General, in coordination with the Secretary of Homeland Security and FBI Director, to submit annual reports on gang activity to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees, with the first report due within 150 days of enactment

Reports must include 10-year data on growth of local, national, and transnational gangs, including numerical data on membership trends, locations, and criminal activities

Reports must detail gang enforcement statistics including gang-related arrests, juvenile arrests, and firearms seized during gang operations, with 5-year trend comparisons

Reports must describe federal initiatives and resources allocated by DOJ, DHS, and FBI to track, investigate, prosecute, and contain gang activity over the preceding 5 years

Allows portions of the report to be classified as determined appropriate by the Attorney General, Secretary of Homeland Security, and FBI Director
