Bureau of Prisons must implement within 90 days all recommendations from the DOJ Inspector General's 2023 report on inmate-on-staff sexual harassment and sexual assault, or submit a report to Congress explaining delays and providing an implementation timeline.

Inspector General must collect and analyze updated data on sexual harassment and sexual assault incidents committed by incarcerated individuals against correctional officers and staff for fiscal years 2022-2025, within one year of Bureau compliance.

Inspector General's analysis must include review of punishments currently used for such offenses in federal prisons, with data covering the 5-year period before enactment.

Attorney General must promulgate a rule establishing national standards for prevention, reduction, and punishment of sexual harassment and sexual assault by incarcerated individuals against prison staff within one year of receiving the Inspector General's analysis.
