Amends Section 212(a)(3)(B)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to expand the list of terrorist organizations whose members are automatically deemed inadmissible to the United States

Adds Hamas, Palestine Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, ISIS, and any successor or affiliate groups to the existing inadmissibility provision that previously applied only to the Palestine Liberation Organization

Expands covered individuals from "officers, officials, representatives, or spokespersons" to also include general "members" of these designated organizations

Makes individuals who "endorse or espouse terrorist activities" conducted by any of these groups inadmissible, even without formal membership
