Prohibits U.S. citizens from simultaneously holding citizenship of any foreign country, requiring exclusive allegiance to the United States

U.S. citizens who voluntarily acquire foreign citizenship after the bill's enactment would automatically lose their U.S. citizenship

Current dual citizens must submit written renunciation of either their foreign citizenship (to the Secretary of State) or their U.S. citizenship (to the Secretary of Homeland Security) within 1 year of enactment

Failure to renounce one citizenship within the deadline results in automatic loss of U.S. citizenship, with affected individuals reclassified as aliens under immigration law

Secretary of State must promulgate regulations within 180 days for declaration, verification, and recordkeeping of exclusive citizenship status
