Mandates review of intelligence on Chinese government efforts to obstruct investigations into COVID-19 origins and disrupt sharing of medically significant information about SARS-CoV-2 transmissibility with the U.S., allies, UN, and WHO

Covers Chinese efforts to pressure foreign governments, journalists, researchers, and multilateral organizations regarding the virus's source and attributes, as well as efforts to promote alternative narratives about COVID-19 origins

Requires public release of appropriately declassified intelligence products with redactions only as necessary to protect sources, methods, and information concerning U.S. persons

Requires submission of unredacted declassified intelligence products to congressional intelligence committees
