Terminates eligibility for all federal public benefits for noncitizens, including welfare, Medicaid (except emergency services), SNAP/food stamps, federal housing assistance, student financial aid, and refundable tax credits

Authorizes denaturalization of naturalized citizens convicted of or found by DHS to have participated in riots, violent protests, property destruction, or acts intended to overthrow the constitutional order, with no time limit after naturalization

Expands expedited removal authority to apply to any alien present without admission or parole regardless of how long they have been in the United States, eliminating previous geographic and temporal limitations

Mandates comprehensive security review including re-interviews and biometric checks of all Afghan nationals admitted as refugees, special immigrant visa holders, or parolees between January 20, 2021 and enactment; suspends Afghan visa/refugee processing and resettlement funding until review is certified complete

Establishes automatic termination of Temporary Protected Status when DHS determines country conditions no longer warrant designation or when crime rates among TPS nationals exceed the national average by 20% or more, applied retroactively to Afghanistan, Haiti, Venezuela, and Somalia
