Exempts current and former unaccompanied alien children from multiple immigration-related fees established under Public Law 119-21, including asylum application fees, employment authorization document fees, annual asylum fees, immigration court fees, border apprehension fees, and in absentia removal fees

Repeals the special immigrant juvenile fee entirely and prohibits the Secretary of Homeland Security from imposing any fee on aliens, parents, or legal guardians applying for special immigrant juvenile status

Removes provisions from Public Law 119-21 authorizing certain body examinations of unaccompanied children conducted by both the Office of Refugee Resettlement and the Department of Homeland Security

Prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services from sharing sponsor information collected under the law with DHS or other federal agencies for immigration enforcement purposes

Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security or Attorney General to refund fees already paid by or on behalf of individuals who would be exempted under this Act within 180 days of enactment
