Secretary of the Interior must work with Indian Tribes within 1 year to identify seeds of traditional or cultural significance and support tribal efforts to protect them

Federal support includes Native American seed banks, related facilities, and traditional agriculture systems for nurturing and harvesting Native American seeds

Secretary prohibited from disclosing any information provided by tribes that is identified as culturally sensitive, proprietary, or confidential

No additional funds authorized; activities subject to existing appropriations

Courts must defer to the Secretary's reasonable interpretation of any ambiguous provisions in the Act
