Director of National Intelligence must submit a report within 180 days analyzing oil and ballistic missile-related transactions between China and Iran

Report must assess Chinese purchases of Iranian oil since 2020, including use of transshipment points and shell companies to evade sanctions

Report must evaluate significant financial transactions by Chinese entities related to supplying chemical precursors and materials supporting Iran's ballistic missile program

Secretary of the Treasury must determine within 180 days after the report whether China is conducting sanctionable activities and report that determination to Congress

Report recipients include Senate and House committees on Intelligence, Armed Services, Foreign Relations/Affairs, Appropriations, Banking, and Commerce
