Attorney General must establish within 1 year a competitive grant program to help state, territory, local, and tribal prosecutor's offices hire, retain, and train prosecutors and support staff

Federal funding covers up to 75% of project costs, with the 25% match requirement waivable based on financial circumstances; funds cannot supplant existing state/local funding

Preferential consideration given to applications for hiring new prosecutors, rehiring laid-off prosecutors due to budget cuts, and jurisdictions in tribal, remote, or rural areas

Grant recipients must include monitoring and data collection components; Attorney General may revoke or suspend funding for non-compliance

Authorizes $10 million annually for fiscal years 2026 through 2030
