Waives the 24-month waiting period for Medicare coverage for individuals with metastatic breast cancer, providing immediate access to Medicare upon disability determination

Adds metastatic breast cancer to the same expedited benefit category currently available only to individuals with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)

Applies to disability insurance applications filed after the date of enactment and Medicare benefits for months beginning after enactment
