Authorizes the Attorney General to provide monetary rewards for information leading to the arrest or conviction of individuals who offer bounties or financial compensation for harming or killing U.S. law enforcement officers

Covers information leading to arrests/convictions for committing, conspiring to commit, or attempting to commit bounty-related offenses against law enforcement in any country

Rewards also authorized for information that prevents or frustrates bounty schemes targeting law enforcement officers

Amends Chapter 204 of Title 18, U.S. Code (Section 3071), expanding existing reward authority for terrorism and espionage cases to include "offering of bounties"
