Requires FERC to submit annual reports to Congress on the status of ongoing hydropower relicensing applications, with the first report due within 180 days of enactment

Covers new licenses, subsequent licenses, and original licenses where applicants have notified FERC at least 3 years prior but licenses have not yet been issued

Reports must include the notice of intent date, docket numbers, application filing status, anticipated license issuance date, upcoming proceedings, and required actions by all parties including licensees, tribes, and agencies

Information must be disaggregated by license type (new, subsequent, or original licenses)

Amends Part I of the Federal Power Act by adding a new Section 37
