Adds peer support services as a covered benefit under Medicare Part B when provided at community mental health centers, Federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, and certified community behavioral health clinics

Defines peer support services as emotional, informational, and social support provided to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions or substance use disorders to help them achieve recovery and community integration

Requires peer support specialists to be individuals recovering from a mental health or substance use condition who are certified under state standards consistent with SAMHSA Core Competencies for Peer Workers

Amends the Social Security Act to exclude Medicare coverage for peer support services furnished outside the designated facility types

Takes effect for services furnished on or after January 1, 2027
