Amends Section 4C(a)(1) of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 15c(a)(1)) to expand state attorney general enforcement authority

State attorneys general would gain authority to bring civil actions for damages as parens patriae (on behalf of state residents) for Robinson-Patman Act price discrimination violations

Currently, state attorneys general can only bring parens patriae actions for Sherman Act violations; this bill adds Section 2 of the Clayton Act (Robinson-Patman Act) to that authority
