Establishes a multi-agency task force within 30 days of enactment to combat illegal importation, distribution, and sale of e-cigarettes, co-chaired by the Attorney General and Secretary of Health and Human Services

Task force membership includes representatives from FDA, DOJ, Customs and Border Protection, ATF, U.S. Marshals Service, Postal Inspection Service, FTC, Homeland Security Investigations, and FBI

Requires the task force to meet at least every 30 days to develop a comprehensive strategy for reducing unauthorized e-cigarettes in the market

Mandates semiannual reports to Congress (due April 30 and October 31) detailing enforcement actions, agency authorities, and recommendations for additional legal tools to address the public health threat

Task force terminates 10 years after establishment
