Strategy must address expanding information sharing between U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security Investigations, Department of Commerce, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and foreign customs agencies

Trade Transparency Units serve as bilateral and multilateral tools to identify, disrupt, and dismantle international money laundering networks

Comptroller General must assess the strategy and report to Congress within 180 days after the strategy is submitted

Strategy must be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex
