FTC must coordinate with the Department of Health and Human Services (through the FDA Commissioner) and the DEA Administrator in preparing the report

Report must address how drug sellers use social media to market and sell fentanyl to minors, how platform design features affect access, current platform policies to combat the problem, and recommendations for Congress

FTC must consult with stakeholders including parents, social media platforms, law enforcement, and medical professionals during report development

Report will be submitted to the House Energy and Commerce Committee and Senate Commerce Committee, and made publicly available on the FTC website, with permitted redactions to protect law enforcement tactics
