Amends Section 485 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require colleges and universities participating in federal programs to inform prospective and enrolled students about rights, accommodations, and resources for pregnant students who choose to carry a pregnancy to term

Mandates institutions provide information on campus and community resources for pregnancy support, available accommodations for pregnant and parenting students, and procedures for filing Title IX complaints related to discrimination based on a student's decision to carry a pregnancy to term

Requires dissemination through annual emails to enrolled students, student handbooks, orientation sessions, health/counseling centers, and the institution's public website

Includes a rule of construction limiting the Secretary of Education's authority to require additional information or establish additional rights beyond those specified in the subsection
