Secretary of State required to revoke visas and impose visa restrictions on current and former officials of the Maduro regime (Venezuela), Castro and Diaz-Canel regimes (Cuba), Ortega regime and Sandinista party members (Nicaragua), and Morales regime (Bolivia)

Restrictions apply to individuals responsible for human rights violations or activities undermining democracy in these four countries, as well as their spouses and children

Covered individuals include those designated under the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act and Executive Orders 13850 and 13884 related to Venezuela sanctions

Affected individuals become inadmissible to the United States, ineligible for any immigration benefits, and subject to expedited removal with immediate visa revocation

Case-by-case exceptions may be granted for individuals traveling to UN headquarters in New York, determined by the Secretary of State in consultation with the DNI, Attorney General, and DHS Secretary
