Expands eligible entities for the roadside pollinator program to include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, in addition to state transportation departments, federal land management agencies, and federally recognized Indian Tribes

Increases the maximum grant amount from $150,000 to $500,000 per award

Raises total program authorization from $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 annually and extends funding through fiscal years 2026-2031

Requires consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Director when developing pollinator-friendly vegetation management plans

Establishes consultation requirements with Indian Tribes whose Tribal land is located within 50 miles of proposed pollinator projects
