Amends 18 U.S.C. Section 111 to enhance penalties for assaulting federal law enforcement officers, including ICE agents, with deadly or dangerous weapons, with maximum imprisonment up to 40 years

Establishes mandatory minimum sentences when a motor vehicle is used as a weapon against federal officers: 5 years minimum for bodily injury, 7 years minimum for substantial bodily injury, and 10 years minimum for serious bodily injury

Defines "deadly or dangerous weapon" to include weapons intended to cause death or danger even if they fail to do so due to a defective component
