Expands eligibility for contract health care professionals conducting VA medical disability examinations to include any professional eligible for Veterans Health Administration appointment who holds a current unrestricted license and is not barred from practicing in any state

Extends the sunset date for temporary licensure authority from five years after the 2020 Act's enactment to September 30, 2031

Broadens covered professionals from the previous limited list of "physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, audiologists, and psychologists" to all "health care professionals"

Requires the VA Secretary to submit a report to Congress within 15 months detailing examination numbers, costs, timeliness, legal adequacy, geographic distribution, types of professionals used, and any erroneous examinations conducted
