Amends title 38, United States Code to add "produce prescriptions" as an authorized VA medical service for veterans

Defines "produce prescription" as a benefit (voucher or debit card) for purchasing fruits and vegetables provided to veterans who have a diet-related chronic condition and are food-insecure

Targets veterans with diet-related chronic conditions to help improve their health outcomes through increased access to fresh produce
