Establishes a demonstration program providing grants to accredited nursing schools to supplement salaries of new nursing faculty members, covering the difference between clinical practice nurse salaries and nursing faculty salaries for up to 3 years per faculty member

Eligible faculty include those hired within the past 2 years, prospective hires, current faculty demonstrating need, and part-time faculty (with prorated awards)

Grants priority to schools demonstrating greatest need, those serving vulnerable populations in health professional shortage areas, and those recruiting faculty from underrepresented populations

Requires the Secretary to submit a report to Congress within 3 years evaluating the program's impact on faculty recruitment and retention

Authorizes $15,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2027 through 2031
