Redesignates Chiricahua National Monument in Arizona as "Chiricahua National Park," making it a full unit of the National Park System with boundaries as depicted on map 145/156,356 dated March 2021

Transfers all existing funds and references from the National Monument to the new National Park designation without changes to the physical boundaries

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to protect traditional cultural and religious sites within the park, with mandatory consultation with Indian Tribes on site protection

Grants Indian Tribes access to the park for traditional cultural and customary uses, and allows temporary closures of specific areas to the general public to protect tribal religious activities

Limits any public closures for tribal activities to the smallest practicable area for the minimum period necessary
