Amends Section 1861(s)(7) of the Social Security Act to expand Medicare coverage for ambulance services provided on-scene even when the patient is not transported to a medical facility

Effective date of January 1, 2027 for the new coverage provisions

Reimbursement for on-scene care would be comparable to the reimbursement rate for ambulance transport services
