Prohibits U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers from acquiring, possessing, accessing, or using biometric surveillance systems, including facial recognition and voice recognition technology

Requires deletion of all biometric surveillance data collected by covered immigration officers within 30 days of enactment, including data collected before the law takes effect

Makes information obtained through biometric surveillance inadmissible in federal criminal, civil, or administrative proceedings, except in cases alleging violations of this Act

Creates a private right of action for aggrieved individuals and authorizes state attorneys general to sue on behalf of residents, with available remedies including actual damages, punitive damages, attorneys' fees, and injunctive relief

Subjects violating officers to civil penalties including retraining, suspension, or termination
