Directs the U.S. Trade Representative to advocate for establishing a Travel and Tourism Trade Working Group under USMCA during the next joint review of the agreement

Working Group would be co-chaired by representatives from the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with U.S. representation including USTR, Commerce, State, Homeland Security, Interior, Labor, and Transportation departments

Group would focus on enhancing international competitiveness of North American travel and tourism, increasing tourism service exports, and creating employment through those exports

Travel and tourism was the top U.S. services export in 2024, worth approximately $214 billion, supporting a $35 billion trade surplus; Canada and Mexico account for approximately half of international visits to the U.S.

Working Group must meet at least annually and regularly brief the Senate Finance and Commerce committees and House Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce committees
