Secretary of Agriculture must establish a soil health management training program for Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) personnel and third-party providers within 1 year of enactment

Training must be available in each NRCS region twice every 2 years, including a nationally available online curriculum and in-person workshops covering topics such as soil biology principles, organic production, diversified production systems, and conservation practices

Cooperative agreements required with farming consultants, nonprofit organizations, conservation districts, land-grant universities, and Long-Term Agroecosystem Research sites to develop and deliver the training

Curriculum must be reviewed and updated every 2 years to reflect the latest soil health management innovations and scientific advancements

Authorizes $10,000,000 in appropriations for fiscal years 2027 through 2032
