Expands reporting categories for dividends, rents, interest, and capital gains on financial disclosure reports to include new brackets: $5-25 million, $25-100 million, $100-500 million, $500 million-$1 billion, and over $1 billion

Adds new asset value reporting categories for amounts exceeding $50 million: $50-100 million, $100-250 million, $250-500 million, $500 million-$1 billion, and over $1 billion

Amends chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, which governs financial disclosure requirements for federal officials

Applies to all financial disclosure reports required to be filed on or after the date of enactment
