Amends Section 1834(m) of the Social Security Act to expand the definition of "practitioner" eligible for Medicare telehealth reimbursement beyond those currently listed in section 1842(b)(18)(C)

Adds qualified audiologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists as eligible telehealth practitioners

Permits occupational therapy assistants and physical therapist assistants to provide telehealth services under the supervision of qualified therapists, with Medicare reimbursement paid to the supervising practitioner

Authorizes facilities furnishing certain outpatient services to deliver those services via telehealth

Grants the Secretary authority to specify additional enrolled providers or suppliers who may furnish and be reimbursed for telehealth services
