Authorizes the Attorney General to award grants to State, local, and Tribal governments to provide legal representation and resources to individuals seeking extreme risk protection orders (ERPOs) from courts

Permits grant funds to be used for legal counsel, interpretation/translation services, legal resource centers, hiring personnel in district attorney offices and law enforcement agencies, subgrants to nonprofit legal aid organizations, and training programs

Defines extreme risk protection orders as court orders designed to reduce firearm-related death or injury by prohibiting a named individual from possessing firearms or requiring firearm surrender

Authorizes $50,000,000 annually for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 to carry out the grant program

Prohibits federal courts from exercising jurisdiction over causes of action against petitioners who file ERPO petitions, unless the petition was false or intentionally harassing
