Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act to require grant recipients to engage with community organizations serving limited English proficient populations and translate public documents when those populations constitute 3% or 500+ individuals in the area served

Directs DOJ and HHS to develop national public awareness campaigns on gun violence prevention strategies, with focus on in-language outreach to limited English proficient communities, with authorization of appropriations for fiscal year 2027
