Secretary of Commerce must develop AI training resources and toolkits for small businesses within 1 year of enactment, working through NIST, the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and in consultation with SBA and USDA

Training resources must cover prompt engineering and AI applications for credit access, financial management, business planning, cybersecurity, marketing, supply chain management, government contracting, and exporting

Resources must be reviewed and updated annually, with distribution through SBA resource partners including small business development centers, women business centers, SCORE, veteran business opportunity centers, and Apex Accelerator

Secretary may establish a grants program to support organizations providing AI training to small businesses using the developed resources

Initial report to Congress required within 1 year, followed by annual reports on training resource usage and measurable outcomes; all authorities sunset 3 years after enactment
