Increases the maximum reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro Moros from the standard limit to $100,000,000

Requires the reward to be funded exclusively from liquidated assets seized from Maduro, Maduro regime officials, and their co-conspirators under existing U.S. sanctions

References 2020 federal charges against Maduro including narco-terrorism conspiracy (20-year mandatory minimum), cocaine importation conspiracy (10-year mandatory minimum), and weapons charges (30-year mandatory minimum)

Cites approximately $450 million in assets already seized from high-level Venezuelan regime officials and co-conspirators through prior federal enforcement actions

Authorizes the Secretary of State to distribute the reward to one or more individuals who provide qualifying information under the State Department Rewards Program
