Amends Section 925(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, which currently exempts government entities from certain firearm restrictions

Removes the government exemption for subsections 922(d)(5) and 922(g)(5), which prohibit providing firearms to or possession by certain non-citizens unlawfully in the United States

Effectively prevents government agencies from employing non-citizens who are prohibited from possessing firearms in armed law enforcement positions
