Prohibits funds from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law 119-21) from being used to pay salaries of ICE or CBP agents and officers hired on or after the bill's enactment date

Bars use of these funds for recruiting or advertising to hire new immigration enforcement agents or officers at ICE or CBP

Prohibits payment of retention bonuses or sign-on bonuses to ICE and CBP agents or officers using One Big Beautiful Bill Act funds
