Expands Medicare Part B coverage of medical nutrition therapy services beyond the current limitation to only diabetes and renal disease patients

Adds coverage for 13 additional conditions: prediabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, malnutrition, eating disorders, cancer, gastrointestinal diseases (including Celiac), HIV, AIDS, cardiovascular disease, and conditions involving unintentional weight loss

Authorizes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists to order medical nutrition therapy services; clinical psychologists may order services for eating disorders

Grants the Secretary authority to add additional diseases or conditions when medical nutrition therapy is determined to be medically necessary, consistent with U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommendations or clinical guidelines

Takes effect 2 years after enactment; excludes coverage for patients already receiving maintenance dialysis under existing renal disease provisions
