Reauthorizes the WISEWOMAN (Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for Women Across the Nation) program by amending Section 1509 of the Public Health Service Act

Authorizes $250,000,000 in funding for fiscal years 2027 through 2031 for supplemental grants to provide preventive health services to women

Covers screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity, and other cardiovascular risk factors, plus evidence-based health education to improve measurable health outcomes like diabetes management

Expands eligibility to include women receiving breast and cervical cancer screenings under Section 1501 grants, as well as other high-risk women meeting Secretary-specified criteria

Requires GAO to report to Congress by September 30, 2027 on program effectiveness, including estimates of eligible individuals, service trends, access barriers, and cost-effectiveness analysis
