Amends Section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1533) by adding a new subsection (j) on State Data

Requires the Secretary to accept and integrate state-collected data when making determinations to list or delist species as threatened or endangered

Applies to both listing decisions (adding species to protection) and delisting decisions (removing species from protection)
