Amends Title XIX of the Social Security Act to require able-bodied adults to meet work requirements to receive Medicaid benefits, effective January 1, 2026

Requires 20 hours per week of work or volunteer activity (based on monthly average) to maintain Medicaid eligibility

Defines "able-bodied adult" as individuals aged 18-65 who are not medically certified as physically or mentally unfit for employment

Exempts pregnant individuals, primary caregivers of children under 6, caregivers of children with serious medical conditions or disabilities, those receiving unemployment compensation, and participants in drug or alcohol rehabilitation programs
