Creates federal crime of "illicit spotting" — knowingly transmitting law enforcement locations or movements to further immigration, customs, or drug crimes — punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and fines

Criminalizes destroying, altering, or damaging border fences, barriers, sensors, cameras, or other federal border control devices, with penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment (or up to 20 years if a firearm is used)

Prohibits constructing tunnels or structures designed to defeat or circumvent federal border control infrastructure

Adds "alien smuggling crime" to federal firearm enhancement provisions, imposing additional penalties for carrying or using firearms during smuggling offenses under sections 274(a), 277, or 278 of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Extends statute of limitations for the new border control hindering offenses by amending 18 U.S.C. 3298
