Repeals the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 and requires the President to terminate all U.S. membership in the UN and its affiliated bodies, including closure of the U.S. Mission to the United Nations

Repeals the UN Headquarters Agreement Act and withdraws from the 1947 agreement allowing UN headquarters to be located in New York

Prohibits all assessed and voluntary U.S. contributions to the UN, bars participation in UN peacekeeping operations, and terminates U.S. membership in the World Health Organization

Removes diplomatic immunity protections for UN officers, employees, and foreign mission representatives under the Vienna Convention and related agreements, and bars UN use of U.S. government property

Requires Senate advice and consent for any future UN membership agreement, with a mandatory reservation preserving the right to withdraw
