Anti-apostasy laws covered include those explicitly prohibiting disaffiliation from a particular religion

Anti-blasphemy laws and laws prohibiting marriage between individuals of different religious faiths trigger identification for the report

All federal funds for assistance to governments listed in the President's report would be prohibited from being obligated or expended
