Grants automatic employment authorization for the duration of Ukrainian guest status

Status expires 120 days after the Secretary of State determines that hostilities have ceased and conditions allow safe civilian return to Ukraine

Secretary of Homeland Security may revoke an individual's status if they are found to be a persecutor, terrorist, or serious criminal under INA section 241(b)(3)(B)
