Prohibits agents of the People's Republic of China government from purchasing real estate adjacent to covered federal land in the United States

Prohibits businesses with 25% or more equity ownership by the Chinese government (directly or indirectly) from purchasing such adjacent real estate

Defines covered federal land as land under jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Agriculture (Forest Service), Secretary of Energy, or designated Indian country

Applies to all 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories including Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands

Directs the President to take necessary actions to implement and enforce these purchase prohibitions
