Expands Medicare coverage to allow cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services to be provided in "office settings" rather than only "physician's offices"

Authorizes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical nurse specialists to prescribe and supervise cardiac rehabilitation exercise programs, previously limited to physicians only

Extends the same prescribing and supervision authority to these advanced practice providers for pulmonary rehabilitation programs under Medicare

Changes take effect 6 months after the date of enactment
